1. Acceptance of Terms

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

3.3 Prohibited Account Sharing

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You shall not permit any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances. You shall not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account rights to any third party.

3.4 Account Monitoring

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the phs365 Platform:

• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or derive source code from any aspect of the Platform or its games.
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without express written consent from phs365.
• System Interference: Interfering with, disrupting, or placing unreasonable loads on Platform infrastructure or networks.
• Data Harvesting: Collecting, harvesting, or scraping user information, gaming data, or any other Platform content without authorization.
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in harassment, abuse, threatening behavior, or posting offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content through Platform communications.

Any User found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and potential legal action. phs365 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the phs365 Platform operates according to specific rules and payout structures. Continued play constitutes acceptance of current game rules.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform
• Loss of winnings due to system malfunctions or errors

In no event shall phs365's aggregate liability exceed the amount of deposits made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

phs365 makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, information, or services provided through the Platform. The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension

phs365 reserves the right to suspend any User account temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, if we believe the User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary for Platform security or regulatory compliance. During suspension, access to account funds may be restricted pending investigation.

9.2 Termination by phs365

phs365 may terminate any User account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to provide required verification documentation
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Users
• Extended period of account inactivity
• Regulatory or compliance requirements

9.3 User-Initiated Closure

Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

9.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of an account for any reason:

• All rights granted under these Terms immediately cease
• You must immediately cease all use of the Platform
• Account balances will be handled according to the reason for termination and applicable regulations
• phs365 may retain certain account information as required by law or regulatory obligations

10. Dispute Resolution

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, you agree that disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

10.4 Time Limitation

Any claim or dispute must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Failure to bring a claim within this timeframe constitutes waiver of such claim.

11. Modifications to Terms

phs365 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or prominent Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following posting of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.3.
